Change your name

You can change your first and last name, anytime, just go to your account settings ! After you saved, you will see on the top right corner your new name 👏

Change your email

Delete your account (forever) 💔

To delete your account, hit “Delete my account”, it’ll send your CSM an alert and we’ll proceed to the deletion in the next 24 hours. Please keep in mind that once deleted, you won’t be able to retrieve any knowledge or conversations.
