Genii Widget Accessibility Policy

1. Our commitment

Tolk.ai designs the Genii widget with accessibility built into its architecture, not bolted on after the fact. Our goal is for the widget to be deployable on any site subject to legal accessibility obligations (government bodies, large enterprises, public services) without degrading the host site's compliance score.

This commitment falls within the scope of Article 47 of French Law No. 2005-102 of February 11, 2005, and its implementing regulations (Decree No. 2019-768, Order of September 20, 2022). It addresses users with visual, motor, auditory and cognitive impairments.

2. Scope

This policy covers all visible and interactive components of the Genii widget:

• the invocation bubble (entry point embedded in the host site);
• the conversation window (main interface);
• the input area and its controls;
• text messages generated by the AI, including Markdown content;
• rich interactive elements: product recommendation carousel, quick-reply buttons, multilingual menu, qualification forms, "Powered by" links;
• the search bar and its suggestions;
• transitional states: opening, closing, loading, error;
• onboarding and consent screens.

The widget is designed to respect the host site's accessibility declaration without altering its compliance, regardless of the brand colors configured by the client.
