The Tolk lightchat widget is an embedded conversation widget shipped as a single JavaScript file (lightchat.js) injected via a <script> tag into the customer's page. Once active, the widget instantiates three isolated iframes and, depending on configuration, up to three Shadow DOM portals on the host page.
