How to tag/label your knowledge

  1. Knowledge Management: Input your knowledge into Genii and manage it through the Knowledge Manager.
  2. Tagging Knowledge:

For example, a tag for a specific contract might be Contract:Smart HD, and a tag for a brand could be Brand:Apple.

  1. Assigning Tags: Apply the created tags to one or multiple pieces of knowledge. These tags help group related information under common identifiers, facilitating easy retrieval.
