The hook is a short text displayed to the left of your Genii's avatar, in its closed form. It aims to clarify what the user can expect from this module, this widget.
By default, it is set to display 'Need help?' but you can customize it up to 30 characters.
This text is automatically translated into the language detected by the browser or selected in the widget, in its open state.
The idea is to be proactive in usage and encourage the use of Genii. A single click provides an initial response and opens the conversational channel powered by the generative AI, Genii
Hot topics are quick access, rapid suggestions to frequently asked questions designed to anticipate your users' needs.
Up to 3 can be displayed, and clicking on one will show the response from the custom answer in the open window.
