Identification data:

• First and last name
• Work email address
• Organization (company name)
• Login credentials (email + encrypted password)

Technical data:

• Essential technical cookies (access token, ID token, refresh token)
• Login logs

Genii chat widget

The widget does not store any data until an interaction has taken place. The first interaction constitutes implicit consent.

During the first interaction, data stored locally:

• Widget status (closed, open)
• Browser language
• Chat history
• Conversation and user ID (generated UUID)

Customers can pass on additional personal data if they wish (email, IDs, customer number, etc.) via the collection tools provided ("handovers").

The information stored by the widget is only accessible in the context of the customer's website and does not track users on other websites.
