This guide presents the order tracking and management features available through genii's PrestaShop integration. Your customers can view their order information directly in the chat.

Customer Identification

To access their order information, the customer provides:

• Their email address (used when placing the order)
• Their order reference (e.g., XKBKNABJK)

genii searches for the corresponding order and verifies that the provided email matches the one on file for the order. This verification ensures secure access to information without requiring a customer account.

Once the match is confirmed, genii can answer any questions regarding the order lifecycle.
