📂 Redesigned navigation: everything in its place, logically
No more endless searches to find the right setting. We’ve completely reorganized the architecture for an immediate, intuitive experience, structured into menus and submenus:
- The main menu (sidebar): Located on the left, it groups the main sections of your activity (Analytics, Conversations, Knowledge, Flows, Widget, Settings). It’s your backbone for navigating between tools.
- The "Quick Access" menu (top left): A new, indispensable shortcut! By clicking on your project name, you instantly access key features:
- Help Center for support and other useful links.
- Widget preview and Fullscreen preview to test your configurations in a flash.
- Switch project to easily switch between your different workspaces.
- Uncluttered workspace: A more discreet and streamlined sidebar to give you maximum visibility on what really matters: your data and your conversations.

Need a hand? Our support is evolving to offer you more autonomy and clarity:
- 100% in French: All our resources have been fully translated to support you without language barriers.
- Guided tours: Articles are now organized based on your actual usage.
- Enhanced content: Clearer articles packed with best practices to help you get the most out of your tools.
Bonus: The "Support" button is still right there in your Genii. If you can’t find the answer in our resources, we’re always just a click away!
