This glossary lists all the features, technical concepts, and terms specific to the Genii platform. It is intended for partners and users who wish to master the platform’s vocabulary.

A

AI Agent

A configured instance of Genii deployed to autonomously answer end-user questions. An agent relies on a knowledge base, a system prompt, and behavior rules defined by the administrator. Synonymous with "chatbot" in the Genii context, but with agent capabilities (reading and writing via API).

Support Agent

An AI agent internal to tolk.ai, built on the same architecture as Genii, used to answer questions from platform users. Sometimes referred to as "Genii’s Genii."

Analytics

Analytics dashboard module integrated into Genii. Provides comprehensive performance metrics: conversation volume, resolution rate, feedback, sentiment analysis, activity heatmap, conversation topics, ROI Tracker performance, and Hot Topics tracking. Accessible from the admin interface.

Multi-LLM Architecture

Genii’s technical design allows for switching language models (LLMs) on demand (GPT-4, Claude, Mistral, etc.) without modifying the agent’s configuration. It ensures technological independence and strategic adaptability.

B

Knowledge Base

All documents and web pages ingested by Genii to power its responses. Supports all standard formats: PDF, XLS, DOC, PPT, web pages via URL or XML sitemap. The agent responds only based on content indexed in this database.

Base (prompt mode)

Default configuration mode for the system prompt. Genii automatically applies an optimal prompt and temperature without manual intervention. Recommended for a quick start.
