By giving you the possibility to create a Custom Answer, genii have better guidance on precise questions on what to say.
If your knowledge needs to cover more questions, without modifying or adding docs, you can in with case, create a Custom Answer!
It can also be a small talk answer or a frequently asked question that you want to answer with confidence and fast using a Custom Answer.
Also, if you’re not satisfied by genii answer, edit it. Next time you’ll ask a similar question, it’ll use your custom answer instead of the previous answer.
Imagine you want to add additional infos, an email to contact, or a URL link, edit an answer to extend its content and push more informations next time!
You can create a Custom answer from scratch, by clicking the “Add Custom Answer” from your knowledge Manager.
