
Once you have more that a conversation, you’ll see them on your dashboard. Every conversations are named, based on the theme of the conversation, and grouped by the date.
If the conversation has at least one feedback, you’ll see a “👍”: you can hover the icon to see the detail of every thumbs up and down that the conversation has.
Click on the conversation name to access the history.
A powerful toolbar sits above the conversation list to help you find exactly what you're looking for.
ROI Tracker (if enabled) — When the ROI Tracker is active, an additional Event filter appears. Use it to surface only conversations that contain specific tracked events, such as Add to Cart or Conversion. This makes it easy to correlate genii interactions with business outcomes.
When you open a conversation, you can read user messages and genii answers. If the user leaves a feedback, you’ll see a thumb up or down next to it.
