Connecting genii to your Sharepoint account is a great way to expend genii knowledge without having to manage another source of truth. Let’s see how it’s done in few clicks!
First go to your knowledge page >> https://genii.tolk.ai/, and hit the “Integrations” tab. Click “Activate Now” for the Sharepoint integration.

You’ll be redirected to the Sharepoint page, log in and accept the permissions to read data.

Then, to read & write for non-admin users from the following dropdown

And it’s done, genii now can retrieve folders from all your linked sites, including every files from them.

Now we’re communicating with Sharepoint, you now can moderate and sync specific folders to have a better control for what genii should use as its knowledge, since not every files from your sharepoint sites will be relevant to genii’s use case.
From the Integrations tab on the “Upload” block, or the “Sharepoint” tag on the Knowledge Manager, hit “Manage folders”.

Then select folders that you need to sync on your genii knowledge. Keep in mind that every files from those folders will be accessible and used on genii’s answers.

Give us few second to ingest those files, you can follow the upload status from the Sharepoint tab, when everything is “completed” you’re done!
