Tracking user interactions with your Genii widget is essential for understanding their behavior and improving your services. By integrating widget events into GTM and GA4, you can seamlessly monitor these interactions.

This guide is divided into two parts:

• Part 1 covers simple events without additional variables.
• Part 2 covers events that include additional data (variables).

This setup is fully compliant with Google Analytics consent rules and does not affect your existing GDPR policies.

Prerequisites
